Quickstart

Get up and running with Hublvu in five minutes. This guide walks you through the essentials to start using the platform effectively.

Prerequisites

  • An active Hublvu account (provided by your administrator)
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Step 1: Log In

  1. Navigate to your organization's Hublvu URL
  2. Enter your credentials or use single sign-on (SSO) if configured
  3. Complete any multi-factor authentication if required

After logging in, you'll land on the Chat interface—the primary way to interact with Hublvu.

Step 2: Start a Conversation

The Chat interface is your command center. Try asking a question:

  1. Click in the message input at the bottom of the screen
  2. Type a question like "What can you help me with?" or describe an issue you're investigating
  3. Press Enter or click Send

The AI assistant responds with relevant information, drawing from your organization's knowledge base and available tools.

Step 3: Use a Quick Action

Quick Actions are pre-configured operations that appear in the welcome panel. They provide one-click access to common tasks.

  1. Look for Quick Action buttons above the message input
  2. Click one that matches your current need
  3. The assistant executes the action and displays results

Quick Actions are configured by your team to match your most common workflows.

Step 4: Run a Flow

Flows are reusable automation sequences for incident diagnosis and resolution.

  1. Open the sidebar by clicking the menu icon (if collapsed)
  2. Click Flows under Workspace
  3. Browse available flows or use the search bar
  4. Click a flow to view its details
  5. Click Run to start execution
  6. Follow the prompts, providing any required inputs
  7. Review results and take any manual actions if needed

Step 5: Review a Run

Track the execution of flows and guides in the Runs section.

  1. Click Runs in the sidebar
  2. View the list of recent executions
  3. Click any run to see detailed step-by-step results
  4. Review tool executions, timing, and outcomes

Check the Knowledge Base

If you're looking for documentation or procedures, ask the assistant—it searches your organization's uploaded knowledge automatically.
