Learn your way around the Hublvu interface to find features quickly.
Sidebar
The sidebar is your primary navigation tool. It can be expanded or collapsed using the menu icon at the top.
Always Visible
- New Chat — Start a fresh conversation (always at the top)
- Runs — View execution history for all flows and guides
Workspace
The Workspace section contains your daily tools:

Under Analytics, you'll find:
- Overview — Summary metrics across all activities
- Flow Analytics — Flow performance and trends
- Guide Analytics — Guide usage and completion rates
Conversations
Below the Workspace, you'll see your recent Conversations. Click any conversation to continue where you left off. The list shows your most recent chats, with the newest at the top.
Admin Sections
Administrators see additional sections based on their permissions:
Knowledge
- Institutional Knowledge — Upload and manage operational documents
- Product Knowledge — Upload and manage product documentation
- Knowledge Analytics — Usage and coverage metrics
AI
- Agent Management — Configure AI agent settings
- Quick Actions — Set up team quick actions
- Outposts — Manage tool execution agents

Security
- User Management — Add and manage users
- Group Management — Organize users into groups
- Role Mapping — Configure SSO role mappings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner to access:

Chat Interface
The Chat interface has several key areas:
Welcome Panel
When starting a new conversation, you'll see:
- A greeting with quick-start guidance
- Quick Action buttons for common tasks
- Suggestions based on your recent activity
Message Area
The main conversation display shows:
- Your messages and AI responses
- Tool execution panels (when the AI uses tools)
- Interactive elements like buttons and forms
Input Area
At the bottom of the screen:
- Message input field
- Send button
- Attachment options (if enabled)
Tool Execution Panel
When the AI executes tools, a panel shows:
- Which tools are running
- Real-time progress
- Results and outputs
Keyboard Shortcuts

Tips
Collapse the sidebar when working in chat to maximize your conversation view. The sidebar state persists across sessions.
Use the search function to quickly find flows, guides, or conversations by name or keyword.
When viewing details (like a specific flow or run), breadcrumbs at the top help you navigate back to parent views.
